To keep prices down all our products are delivered direct from the wholesaler,  

ALL DELIVERIES  OF CORNER UNITS , SOFAS, SOFA BEDS SETTEES AND ARMCHAIRS WILL ALL BE DELIVERED INTO A ROOM OF YOUR CHOICE GROUND FLOOR ONLY

ALL OTHER ITEMS WILL BE DOORSTEP DELIVERY ONLY

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item bought fits through doorways etc.. Should our drivers not be able to deliver for any reason, including no one at the property there will be a charge of £150 to cover returning and restocking the item. You will then forgo the right of a free redelivery and a delivery charge of £100 will be applied 

Once a date has been set for delivery this cannot be changed due to the size and space taken up on our vans.

Any corner units, sofas, sofa beds settees and armchairs must be inspected on delivery, once signed for you are agreeing to accept the item in perfect order. Any damage must be pointed out to the delivery driver and noted. Where possible we will post out any damaged replacement parts as soon as possible

All goods must be returned in its original packaging    

Any returns once agreed by Online Furniture UK will be paid for and arranged by the purchaser using their own courier and will be subject to a 20% restocking and repackaging fee of the total value

All other items not covered above

All returns carriage will be at paid for by the customer in advance at a charge of £99 and collected by the same courier  used to deliver.

Any assembled or part assembled items cannot be returned please ensure you have all the parts required before starting assembly

Any missing or damaged parts will be posted out to your original delivery address

All returned goods must be in original packaging please open your order carefully so if needed it can be repacked

All returns must go to the respective wholesaler not onlinefurniture.UK should any returns go to extra storage you will be charged for us forwarding it to the wholesaler 

This does not affect your statutory rights
